I am wondering how do I help / sponsor to obtain US tourist visa (B2) for my young (say below 10 years) niece and nephew in India. Their parents (my brother and his wife) will not travel with them so they do not need a visa.
What is the procedure? What are the documents that I need to send from the US? What are the documents my brother in India need to provide?

I applied GC labor in Mar 2005 and After 140 approval and 485 is pending morethan 2yrs, i changed my employer by using AC21. After that i recieved a letter from USCIS saying that I-485 denial on May 25th 2010, then after we applied on MTR on June 10th 2010. I recieved an reciept on June 20th 2010.
Can i work now by using an EAD or i need to wait until get the approval on MTR please do advice and when i could get the response from USCIS. My EAd is going to be expire within a couple of months, i applied renewal and i got a reciept on I-765. Please help me on this, really appreciate your help.

USCIS used to have a lot of difficulty raising fees and would only get increases approved every few years. They now raise their fees frequently and have just announced their intentions to do so again. In the past, they blamed poor service on the lack of resources and promised - many times - that more money would translate in to better results. I once supported this view. But no longer. Guys,
I need to find out what documents I need to send after I file I-765 online. DO anyone has the experience in this matter. I filed my I-485 and at tht time i did not filed my I756 just to avoid lawyer's fee.
The form says I need to send a copy of I-94 and photo thats all, but the confirmation notice I received after filing the form online said that do not send any photo's or any identification document and the notice said that they will sent me a Biometric appointment.
DO anyone has info on this

I applied for H1B extension - receipt date December 23rd, 2009. Upgraded to premium on January 21, 2010 (Jan 21 date updated in case status on USCIS website). Working as full-time - (empoloyer is not into consulting), Extension is for 3 years beyond 6 years, I-140 approved.
Also, anyone know how long does it take these days for extensions under Premium processing to be approved.

I have a question about a new H1-B application while I-485 is pending. If I-485 is pending and the person is currently working on EAD with expired H1-B, is there a requirement that the person has to leave the country to apply for a new H1-B based on pending I-485? If yes, will it affect the green card process negatively?
My attorney says that as there was a gap in H1 status, one has to leave the country for a new H1 application, even though it is with the same employer.

I am in my 7th yr extension of H1B, last time I got the stamping in Ottawa in 2005. I cam e into US on F1 and never got H1B stamping in India. Am I eligible for H1B stamping in Canada for my 8th year or should I go to India to get the stamping done.

I just got my labor cleared. EB3.
I need to get the I140 processed
Any idea how much time it generally takes for this to process.
The reason I'm asking is because my h1 needs to be processed in April and if this I140 gets cleared before that, I can get my h1 extension for 3 years.

I am confused with AP expiration date.
The printed exiration date is :July 29, 2009
But my latest paroled stamp on AP it is : Dec 05, 2009.
Which date should i follow to renew my AP?
